Teddy Lagerback was born in 2001 and grew up in Chanhassen, MN. He graduated from Breakaway Academy in 2015. After attending Breakaway Academy, he went on to play high school hockey for Minnetonka. Teddy wore the “C” for Minnetonka High School the 2019-20 season. During his senior year, Lagerback was drafted by the USHL Waterloo Black Hawks where he played in unison with Minnetonka during the 2018-20 seasons. Teddy briefly played with the BCHL Trail Smoke Eaters before returning to Waterloo. He then graduated high school in 2020 and continued to play with the Black Hawks for the 2020-21 season. After playing in Waterloo, Teddy committed to play Division I hockey at Arizona State University. Lagerback is currently playing as a Left wing for the Sun Devils.
