Breakaway US AAA hockey program is all about hockey specific training to develop core hockey skills. We work on individual skills to ensure our players show significant improvement in skating, shooting, stick handling and passing.

On Ice Skills Training Program
Students will skate 4 times a week for 12 weeks with a heavy focus on skill development. All on ice session will be coached by Andy Brink, Jessie Willis, Tim Hanus, JP Lafontaine, Nick Mattson or Kyle Peto, along with our talented coaching staff. On ice sessions will consist of
- Edge work
- Passing and stickhandling
- Shooting and scoring
- Competition
- Team building
Dryland Training Program
Students will train off ice for 1.25 hours twice a week in the spring and summer. Dryland will consist of plyometrics, agility training and strength. The program is to improve quickness, strength and agility, which will make players faster and stronger on the ice.
