I grew up in Appleton, WI area and trained in Edina on holidays and summers. I coached in the Green Bay area for 25 years building my figure skating and hockey business helping skaters to the Nationals and the NHL. I live in Brooklyn Park with my 3 cats coaching in several different rinks in the Mpls area.

Why is it important to have solid academics in addition to good hockey training?
Which coach or teacher had the biggest impact on your life and why?
My main coach, Marcia Chaffee, had the most impact in my life. She told me when I needed to kick it up a notch and when to take a break.
What is your favorite hockey memory?
My favorite hockey memory is watching my first student play his first NHL game. It is an amazing feeling to watch someone achieve their dreams knowing you helped them get there.
