What do you like most about BA?
I love the small class sizes, which allow me to build personal relationships with my students. I also love that I get to work every day with kids who are passionate, driven, and athletic kids!
Why did you get into education?
I still remember the teachers who had an impact on me as a student. I knew from a very young age I wanted to work with kids! It is fun to watch the kids I work with growing from the beginning of the year to the end!
Which coach or teacher had the biggest impact on your life and why?
Mrs. Stanley, my 3rd-grade teacher, had the biggest impact on me as a young student! I will never forget sitting in class listening to her read novels to us. She made them come to life. During my college years, the teacher that impacted me the most was my education college professor. She encouraged all of her students to do their very best. She made us all feel like we were her favorite.
